Commercial Complete Newest Features This software just gets better and better! Since Commercial Complete was released in the Spring of 2010, many enhancements have been introduced.  For a complete history of changes click here. Commercial Complete Plus 5 was released in February 2016. This release is another milestone, marking another year of continued enhancements that increase your productivity, improve the quality of your analyses, and make your final work product stand out. This software just gets more powerful and more comprehensive while remaining just as easy to use. The enhancements that are included Commercial Complete Plus 5 are briefly described below. Look for additional enhancements in the months to come. ENHANCEMENTS RELEASED IN February 2016 In CC Plus 4, many land use fields were introduced that enable the analyst to describe the underlying land in detail. Plus 5 introduces Land Use Analysis functionality. A new Land Use tab has been added to CC that provides a grid where up to 12 distinct land use categories can be listed; e.g. Crops, Tillable, Wooded, Building Site, etc. These catagories are flexible and can be changed to suit the analyst's needs. Values per acre or per s.f. can be assigned to each land category and comments can be added for each land use. A general comments field is provided to describe your analysis and/or present a description of the land. As data is entered, the math is done automatically and a total value is calculated. An Aerial View image and a Soil Map image can be attached to a record. These images can later be inserted as fields in your narrative or displayed as part of the Land Use Summary Report. A Land Use Summary Report with a chart can be inserted in your narratives, or set to display as part of the Property Datasheet.    Commercial Complete is Always a Work in Progress The above list of features that is included in Commercial Complete Plus 5 is only the start.
